This page sets out the main rules for Australian players at HellSpin casino. The complete and binding version of the Terms and Conditions is published inside the casino platform, and the English version prevails over any translation.
Who Can Play
- Players must be 18 or older and of legal gambling age in their place of residence.
- Each person may hold one account. Duplicate accounts are closed, and winnings from them are cancelled.
- The country selected at registration must match the country of residence. Selecting another country to get around a restriction leads to permanent closure.
- Players are responsible for checking that online gambling is legal where they live.
Currency and Deposits
Accounts operate in AUD, EUR or USD. The minimum deposit is AU$10. Deposits must come from a payment method registered in the player's own name. Third-party payments are refused, and any winnings from them are confiscated.
Every deposit must be wagered at least three times before a withdrawal. If it is not, the casino may charge the costs of processing the deposit and the withdrawal.

Pokies count 100% towards wagering. Table games, live dealer games and jackpot games do not count, apart from the Live Casino Welcome Bonus. A list of excluded pokies is published in the Bonus Terms.
The following are treated as bonus abuse: maximum bets on high-volatility games to inflate the balance, lowering the stake after a big win, delaying bonus rounds until wagering is complete, low-risk bets on opposite outcomes, and a bonus to wagering ratio above 40%. Bonuses and winnings in such cases are voided.
Verification
Before the first withdrawal, HellSpin requests:
- a photo of a passport, ID card or driver licence;
- a photo or screenshot of the payment method;
- proof of address issued within the last 3 months.
Only photos are accepted, not PDF files or scans. Documents are checked within 48 hours. In some cases, a selfie with the ID, proof of funds, a phone call or a video call is required. An account not verified within two weeks is closed, and its winnings are confiscated.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals are limited to €4,000 per day, €16,000 per week and €50,000 per month, or the AUD equivalent. Higher limits are available at higher VIP levels, and progressive jackpot wins are paid in full. Bank transfers start from AU$500.
Processing takes up to 3 days, depending on the method. Requests above a method's maximum are paid in instalments.
Dormant and Closed Accounts
An account with no login for 12 months is considered dormant. A fee of €10 per month, or the remaining balance if lower, is charged until the balance reaches zero or the account becomes active again. A manual bank transfer of the remaining balance on a closed account carries a fee of €12.50.
Liability
HellSpin is not liable for losses caused by internet connection failures, device errors or technical faults outside its control. Funds credited by mistake remain the property of the casino. If such funds are withdrawn before the error is found, the amount becomes a debt owed to the casino.
Complaints
Complaints are sent to customer support through live chat or email. If support cannot resolve the issue, it is escalated to casino management. Server logs are the final record in any dispute about game results.
